Current Class Schedule
Our gym offers a workout environment for all fitness levels.
For a cardiovascular workout, you can participate in our classes or
use our equipment. We
have 4
treadmills, 5 LifeCycle Stationary bikes including two
recumbent style, a Schwinn Airdyne cycle, a Nordic track, a Life Fitness
elliptical Trainer, a Universal Stair Step Machine and a Kettler Rowing
Machine in our
Cardio Room.
A full
Nautilus Room is available for individuals with varying degrees
of experience.
Our
Free Weight Room has flat, incline and decline benches. Dumbbells
ranging from 3 pounds up to 120 pounds. Olympic weights and bars. This
room also includes a Smith Machine, Hammer strength equipment, Cable
crossover, Hip Sled Leg Press, Walk In Squat Rack, Bent Over Lever Row,
Super Lat Machine, Leg Abductor/Adductor, and an Arm Curl Unit.
Fitness Center Rates
No Sign up Fees. No Bank Drafts. No Contracts.
First month is pro-rated and added to second month.
All memberships renew on the first of month.
Dues are due on first
monthly visit.
Basic BKD Gym Membership: $30
Includes access to all Cardio and Resistance Training
Equipment,
plus
FREE initial program instruction and set-up.
Basic BKD Class Membership: $30
Includes access to Pilates, Zumba ®
Fitness, Zumba®
Toning, and
Boot Camp at BKD,
with a maximum of three classes per week.
Deluxe BKD Gym and Class Membership: $40
Includes unlimited access to Pilates, Zumba® Fitness, Zumba®
Toning
and Boot Camp
at BKD, and access to all Cardio and Resistance Training Equipment,
plus FREE initial program instruction and set-up.
Weekly Pass: $12 Gym or Fitness

Price is per person. Class held first Friday of every month, 7:00PM.
Swing for a
Cure, Kettlebell Class: $10 per month
100% of the Fee is Donated to
Susan G Komen for the Cure Foundation.
BKD Fitness Challenge:
4-week challenge $50, 8-week
challenge $100.
Includes weekly weigh-ins, personalized caloric
recommendations, fitness evaluations, and
eligibility for contest
winnings. Also includes Deluxe Membership.
Personal Training:
$50 per hour / $30 per 1/2 hour on location
$450 for
one session per week for 10-weeks
$425 for two sessions per week for 5-weeks
