Here at BKD Fitness Center we offer a variety of programs to help you achieve your goals.

 


Zumba Fitness -

Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.  It is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine.

In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.

Boot Camp with Kettlebells
Tuesday & Thursday Mornings     6:00 - 6:45 am
Instructor: Lisa Magiera           
Intensity Level: High to Wicked High

Come to this class for men and women, with the expectation of burning calories, sweating profusely, waking up to sore muscles the next day AND getting RESULTS!

Integrating Kettlebells into each circuit of the class will raise your heart rate, boost your metabolism and build your overall strength.

Activities include: calisthenics, high intensity interval work, plyometrics, core conditioning, peak aerobic challenges and MORE.

 

 

 



BKD F
IT CLUB 12-Week Challenge

This new challenge will be a culmination of all of the successful aspects of previous challenges, including: weekly weigh ins, peer support, and FUN workouts just for BKD FITCLUB MEMBERS.

Exciting New Features!

  • 12-week challenges that link from quarter to quarter
    with no breaks in between.

  • The option to participate in the full FITCLUB CHALLENGE or
    simply enjoy the accountability of the
    FITCLUB MEMBERSHIP
    for a month or two.

Sundays at 5:00 pm Games Night
Dodge Ball, Floor Hockey, Double Dutch, Obstacle Courses,
Outdoor Classes and More. Once a month we will have a
Free Games Night for friends and family.

Tuesdays at 7:15 pm 4...3...2...1 Fitness Jeopardy
4-minutes of cardio, 3-minutes of strength, 2-minutes of core and
1-minute of Fitness Questions. Do as many 10 minute rounds as you want, learning valuable information as you go!

Thursdays at 7:15 pm Instructor’s Choice
A four week, rotating schedule of Boot Camp, Kick Boxing,
Interval Stations, and Butt Kickery!

Weekly weigh-ins will keep you accountable and on track. Weigh-in times and workout schedules are flexible and customized to fit into your life.
