Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create
a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow
rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've
got ZUMBA!
We offer different styles of Zumba classes here at BKD, so everyone
has a place!

Pilates is a physical fitness system that
was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It is
an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help
keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the
spine.
In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of
the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this
alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.
